Dozen Eggs

The eggs we sell are clean and unwashed. We leave the protective coating on the eggs called the “bloom” which helps protect them. When eggs are left unwashed, they can be kept on your kitchen counter for about 2 weeks. If you do not plan on using them right away, you can place them in your refrigerator for a longer shelf life.

At Red Hill Family Farm, our egg laying chickens are completely free range. They spend their days dust bathing, scratching for bugs, and lounging in the sun. Their diet is supplemented with a local non-gmo feed, meal worms, and kitchen scraps.
